We understand that not everyone is a professional designer. If you provide your logo (AI, PDF, CDR, EPS, PSD, or high-res JPG) and text, our engineering team will help you:

• Create the dieline (template) for your artwork.
• Fix simple layout issues and text placement.
• Provide 2D & 3D digital proofs so you can visualize the final box before printing.

Yes, we strongly recommend sampling.

• Digital Sample (Free): A PDF 3D mock-up to check structure and visuals.
• Physical Sample (Paid): A real printed box mailed to you (approx. 5-7 days).

Our goal is to offer the best value. While we can support trial runs of 500 pcs for many items, some specialty products require 1,000 pcs start.

Yes, we offer volume-based discounts. Generally, the more you order, the lower the unit price becomes.

• Confidentiality: Your artwork and packaging designs are never shared with other clients.
• Internal Use Only: We use your files solely for your orders and internal production.
• NDA: We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

• Materials: FSC-certified paper, 100% recycled corrugated board, and biodegradable kraft.
• Inks: We use soy-based vegetable inks instead of petroleum inks.

If you find any quality issues, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods with the following info:

1. Clear photos or videos showing the defect.
2. The affected quantity and the shipping marks on the cartons.

Our QC team will review the case within 24-48 hours.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our production, we will offer:

• Free Reprint: For the affected items.
• Refund/Credit: For the defective quantity.

• Air Freight: To your nearest airport.
• Sea Freight: To your major seaport.
• DDP (Door-to-Door): Delivery directly to your warehouse/office.

Yes, absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number or link so you can check the status in real-time. For sea shipping, we will keep you updated on the vessel status and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

Yes, certainly. If you prefer to use your own forwarder, we are happy to cooperate with them. Simply provide us with their contact information, and we will coordinate the shipment accordingly.

No, shipping is not included in the unit price of your printed products and packaging.

Because shipping costs vary greatly depending on destination, weight, and shipping method (Sea vs. Air), we calculate it separately.

• EXW / FOB Terms: You pay your own forwarder.
• DDP Terms: We quote you a total price that includes shipping + duties, so you know the final cost upfront.

We handle customs clearance and pay the import duties for you. We will add these shipping costs to your final invoice, so you just pay us once and wait for delivery at your office/warehouse.

Production time depends on the complexity of the product:

• Fastest (7-10 Days): Cards, Hang Tags, Stickers, Labels, Instruction Manuals.
• Standard (10-15 Days): Folding Carton Boxes, Corrugated Mailers, Paper Bags, Booklets.
• Premium/Handmade (15-25 Days): Rigid Gift Boxes, Gold Foil, Hardcover Books.

* Note: Time is counted after artwork approval and deposit. Shipping time is extra.

After confirming your order and receiving your payment, we will issue a commercial invoice immediately and send it to your email.

Standard production times do not affect pricing. However, if you require rush production (expedited service), please communicate with your packaging consultant in advance. Please note that rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Yes, absolutely. The material is a major factor in pricing:

• Rigid Cardboard: Considered premium quality for high-end boxes, so the price is higher.
• Corrugated Board: Commonly used for shipping boxes. It is stronger and generally costs more than simple paper sheets.
• Kraft Paper: Typically cheaper than Art Paper (Coated Paper), offering a natural look at a lower cost.
